I had a great experience overall, but there were some ups and downs. The location was stunning and the staff were friendly, but the meal selection left a lot to be desired. The room had its charm, yet some maintenance issues detracted from my comfort. 😌🌵

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious and quiet, featuring a nice desert view from the balcony. However, I encountered maintenance issues like a double-paned window with a lost seal and a Venetian blind that wouldn't raise.
Service
6.0
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, but experiences varied. One encounter at check-in felt awkward when a maid was in my room with no supplies, leaving me unsettled at the start of my stay.
Location
8.0
The location was fantastic, surrounded by beautiful mountains and close to hiking trails. It was great for the events I needed to attend during my trip.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite limited for each meal; I anticipated better variety. However, I had a good breakfast at the Gold Room that made up for it a bit.
Facilities
6.0
The resort had lovely grounds and various facilities, like pools and tennis courts. However, I experienced issues with pool maintenance, where heaters were turned off mid-week, affecting my enjoyment.

My stay at Westward Look was a mix of lovely moments and some disappointments. I really appreciated the spacious rooms and the beautiful desert views, but the dining experience left something to be desired, especially at dinner. While the staff was generally friendly and accommodating, the restaurant service was quite slow and the menu limited, which was disappointing for a resort.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything I needed. I enjoyed a great view of the desert which added to the charm of my stay.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff I encountered were friendly and attentive, but I did experience some delays in service at the restaurant. It could use a bit more organization during busy hours.
Location

The location is stunning, and it's a great base for exploring the Catalina Mountains. It's also conveniently close to shops and local attractions.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was enjoyable, especially when seated on the patio with beautiful views. However, the dinner options were limited and the service during dinner was noticeably slow.
Facilities

The fitness center and pools were nice, but some facilities seemed to require updates. The grounds were well-maintained but could benefit from some enhancements.

My stay at Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa was quite enjoyable. The spacious rooms and beautiful views were a highlight. However, the food service and staff responsiveness left something to be desired.

Rooms
7.0
The junior suite was spacious and comfortable for my family, but the beds were a bit smaller than I expected. I appreciated the overall size and amenities, though a microwave would have been a nice addition.
Service
6.0
While the setting was lovely, I found the service in the restaurant to be quite slow, and there was a noticeable lack of engagement from the staff. I expected more considering the resort level.
Location
8.0
The location was perfect for accessing hiking trails and enjoying nature. It was a peaceful retreat just outside Tucson, which suited my plans well.
Dining
6.0
Unfortunately, the food quality did not meet my expectations. I would recommend exploring local dining options instead of relying on the resort's offerings.
Facilities
7.0
I enjoyed the pool and gym facilities, and the walking paths nearby were great for early morning walks. However, getting a good meal took too long, diminishing the experience.

My stay at Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable and spacious, which I appreciated, but I encountered some issues, like a crack in the bathroom floor and inconsistent cleanliness. The location was convenient for exploring Tucson, but dining options were a bit pricey. Overall, while I had a nice getaway, there are areas that need improvement.

Rooms

The room was very nice and comfortable, with plenty of space for all three of us. However, there were minor issues like a crack on the bathroom floor.
Service
6.0
While the staff was generally friendly and helpful, I did face some service hiccups. For instance, my room wasn’t cleaned consistently, and communication could be improved.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient enough to enjoy various attractions in Tucson and offered beautiful landscaping with lots of blooming flowers.
Dining
6.0
Dining options on-site were somewhat expensive, yet we still chose to eat there. I found the flavor of the food to be minimal, but the support items were decent.
Facilities
5.0
The resort fee felt hefty considering the amenities I used, and the overall cleanliness of areas like the laundry room was lacking. There is potential for improvement in this area.

I enjoyed the stunning views and generally beautiful grounds at Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa, though I did encounter some maintenance issues that detracted from my experience. The service staff was friendly, yet there seemed to be inconsistencies with housekeeping and upkeep. Overall, it's a mixed bag, but I left appreciating the potential of the hotel and its picturesque setting.

Rooms
5.0
My room had a great king bed with a lovely view, but it felt a bit outdated with old furniture and carpet. The bathroom was modern and clean, which I really appreciated.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally helpful and friendly, but there were noticeable delays in service and room maintenance that could use improvement.
Location
9.0
The resort is beautifully located away from the city, with amazing views of the mountains. It’s a great place to unwind and take in the desert scenery.
Dining
5.0
I enjoyed breakfast on the patio with a nice view, but found the dinner options lacking in both variety and flavor. Room service took longer than expected as well.
Facilities
5.0
While the pool and grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, some amenities seemed neglected, like trash in the landscaping and delayed responses to reported issues.
